Sue Wiseman

Newark - Sue Wiseman, 73, of Newark, died Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at Licking Memorial Hospital. She was born November 23, 1947 in West Virginia to the late Carl and Lorraine (McCray) Martin.

Sue worked as a receptionist for Newark Animal Hospital for several years and volunteered numerous hours at Licking Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed bowling and loved her cats and dogs.

She is survived by her daughter, Michelle (Tim Bonham) Wiseman; granddaughter, Whitney (Lance Hitchcock) Ruple; grandson, Chase Ruple; great granddaughter, Karman Ramsey; mother-in-law, Maxine Wiseman; sister-in-law, Karen Wiseman; cousin, Donna Martin; Roberta McCray and family, Tom McCray and family, Kaye Shackle and family, and Dana McCray; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Bill Wiseman; grandson, Zack Ruple; brother, Larry Martin; and sister-in-law, Judy Martin.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 11-1 PM at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N. 21st St., Newark, where a funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Troy Kahler officiating.
